In an effort to make referring clients easier and streamline our program, we are asking that all clients be referred with the Client Eligibility Form. Feel free to make as many copies as you need and keep this form on file.
Please be sure to fill in the client’s furniture requests as well as all of the other fields, as it gives us the demographic information we are asked to present to funders. All client information is strictly confidential.
Once Furniture Share receives the referral form, we will contact the client as soon as possible.
Please indicate if the client is able to pick-up the items. Clients who are able to pick up furniture can be processed more quickly than those that require delivery.
When items are not immediately available, the client will be placed on a waiting list for those items.
Certain items can cause an extended waits, for example, we rarely have dressers, cribs, or TVs and often have to limit these items to one per household.
CLIENTS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO KEEP IN CONTACT WITH US AS THEIR NEEDS AND ESPECIALLY THEIR CONTACT INFOMRATION CHANGE.
Furniture Share is happy to deliver clients furniture for a service fee of $30.00 payable at time of delivery. If clients are able to pick up their furniture at the warehouse the service fee is $20.00 also payable at time of pick up. This service fee is to help offset clerical/transportation costs.
If your client has special circumstances, such as a disability and/or an emergency need for the furniture, please let us know this and we will make every attempt to expedite their request.
