In an effort to make referring clients easier and streamline our program, we are asking that all clients be referred with the Client Eligibility Form. Feel free to make as many copies as you need and keep this form on file.
Please be sure to fill in the client’s furniture requests as well as all of the other fields, as it gives us the demographic information we are asked to present to Grant Organizations and business sponsors. All client information is strictly confidential.
Once Furniture Share receives the referral
Please indicate if the client is able to pick-up the items. Clients who are able to pick up furniture can be processed more quickly than those that require delivery.
Our inventory is completely reliant on community donations. There are times when we just do not have the requested items at the time of a referral. We review our wait list and inventory daily to serve as many clients as quickly as possible. Any special requests for style or size of furniture will extend the wait time while we wait for donations that match these requests.
Example items that cause an extended wait: cribs, bunk beds, TVs, microfiber or leather furniture, memory foam or specific density mattress, large appliances, and lift chairs.
CLIENTS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO CONTACT US ONLY IF THEIR NEEDS OR THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION CHANGE. All other concerns, please contact your caseworker.
Furniture Share is happy to deliver clients furniture for a service fee of $30.00 payable at time of delivery. If clients are able to pick up their furniture at the warehouse the service fee is $20.00 also payable at
If your client has special circumstances, such as a disability and/or an emergency need for the furniture, please let us know this and we will make every attempt to expedite their request.
